Year 6 lead the UK in Mathletics

Congratulations to Year 6 on topping the UK Mathletics leaderboard last week, almost 10,000 points ahead of their nearest rivals; they were also 3rd in the world. All those points translate into gold bars, as the children increase in speed, accuracy and confidence in their maths learning. Which other yeargroups can make it into the top ranks? It would be great to see Brunswick in places 1-6!Mathletics leaderboard 20150102

Primary English challenge

Star, Madison, Mollie and Katie took part in a exciting English challenge at Invicta grammar school against other primary schools. They had to talk about their favorite subjects, a spelling test and they had to tell the end of a story. They sadly didn’t win but worked incredibly hard as a team and made the school proud.

I was exploring in this deep, dark, damp cave. What was that? I am a (10 year old) boy. Why are you, because I was born in 2004? How that means that you’re the same age as me! How are you to day my new friend today? I am you in the present Joshua! How. Know one has made a time machine before, but doctor franking sting has. What was that I could feel? It was a spider crawling up my back. Run   I am so scared of spiders. I’m out of here ah.
